All wholesale orders sent to our corporate office by email, fax, or wholesale shopping cart are subject to a 25% deposit. This does not apply to orders taken by our representatives. Cancellations are not available after 5 days from purchasing date. The 25% goes toward the final cost of the order when shipped. The 25% is nonrefundable if you do not accept your order. All wholesale garments from Chatti Patti are cut to order. Exchanges for damaged goods are allowed within 7 days from delivery date. Minimum order is $500. Minimum qty per clothing style is 4 units. Reorders must amount to $250 or more. All orders require payment in full, prior to, or on delivery. Payment options are Prepaid check, Visa, MC, Amex or Paypal.
